Hiba is a dedicated family law lawyer with a law degree from Mumbai University and a Certificate in Foundations of Canadian Law from Osgoode Hall Law School. During her articles, she focused exclusively on family law. She then joined Soica & Associates, where she currently represents family law clients, experienced across various courts in the GTA and the nearing municipalities.  Hiba has experience and can represent clients in family law case conferences, motions, trials, and negotiations. 

Hiba has volunteered with the Human Rights Law Network, enhancing her commitment to justice and human rights. She brings a strong skill set to her practice, including client advocacy, precise drafting of family law documents, and exceptional client communication abilities. Hiba can offer services in the English, Hindi, and Urdu languages.
