Roxana holds a Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she was a Division Leader at the Community and Legal Aid Services Programme. Prior to law school, Roxana obtained a High Distinction Business degree at the University of Toronto, with experience as a Research Assistant, Teaching Assistant, and financial auditing at Ernst & Young LLP.
Roxana is a member of the Family Law Association, specializing in property, support, and parenting cases. She is very involved with family law litigation, mediation, and negotiation. She has represented clients experiencing situations of domestic assault, criminal charges, and child protection concerns. She has consistently litigated against the Children’s Aid Societies across the GTA. Coupled with Roxana’s business background and experience winning cases involving significant property and income issues, she can represent and advise clients in all facets of family law.
Roxana is a member of Collaborative Divorce Lawyers of Toronto. There are different approaches to resolving family law issues – for clients that are interested and qualify for the collaborative process, the focus is on support without the threats of litigation and adversarial methods.
Roxana is a presenter of the MIP Program for family law litigants at the Superior Court of Justice as well as a guest lecturer. Roxana actively supports students including acting as mentor for the Osgoode Women’s Network. Roxana is connected with the Canadian Free Wills Network and Justice Net to ensure that everyone can afford a will. Further, she has developed an affordable online tool for wills, which can be used by accessing our website.
In her spare time, Roxana enjoys volunteering and playing tennis. She is a Hall of Fame inductee for her athletics at the University of Toronto where she was captain and MVP of the varsity tennis team, receiving a variety of awards, including the Gordon Cressy Student Leadership Award for outstanding leadership contributions to improving the world and inspiring others to do the same. Roxana believes that she can make a continuous impact through the practice of family law by influencing the future of her clients, their family, and the world around them. Michelle Ho – Lawyer
With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, Michelle’s academic excellence sets the foundation for her extraordinary legal career as a family lawyer. While in law school, Michelle participated in the prestigious Osgoode Mediation Clinical Program, where she honed her skills in finding amicable resolutions amidst challenging situations. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys volunteering, which includes an organization that provides support to detainees within the Canadian prison system. Rebecca Chow – Lawyer
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Western University and a law degree from the University of Leicester. Rebecca’s experience as a law student has included complex civil litigation files and family law matters.

She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Rights from the University of Carlos III in Spain, and she graduated with honors from the University of Camaguey, Cuba.
