Wills at Home: $100+HST (One-Time Fee) 

This is a tool for creating your own will online and signing it in the comfort of your own home: 

1. You will be asked to answer questions with regard to what you want in your will; 
2. You will print out the documents for signing;
3. Instructions are provided on how to sign the will;
4. An Affidavit of Execution is also provided with this tool. You should have one of the witnesses sign an Affidavit of Execution in front of a notary. We offer this service as well;
5. NOTE: You will see a tool in a menu after the purchase.

Execute ONE Will and Affidavit of Execution at law office (20-minute appointment): $175+HST 

Once you have used the “Wills @ Home” tool and you printed the Will and Affidavit of Execution, you can attend our office and we will ensure that these documents are properly signed, should you not be comfortable to sign them at home or you do not have witnesses. We will provide the witnesses.

Execute TWO Wills and Affidavit of Execution at law office for spouses at law office (20-minute appointment): $225+HST 

Once you have used the “Wills @ Home” tool and you printed the Will and Affidavit of Execution for you and your spouse, you can attend our office and we will ensure that these documents are properly signed, should you not be comfortable to sign them at home or you do not have witnesses. We will provide the witnesses.

Execute ONE Affidavit of Execution only with one witness (10-minute appointment): $50+HST 

The Affidavit of Execution is required by the court if your executor needs an official court Certificate. It is common practice that all wills have an Affidavit of Execution to ensure there are no issues or further costs incurred by the executor/estate.
The Affidavit of Execution is already provided with the Wills @ Home tool but it has to be signed by one of your witnesses in front of a notary/commissioner/lawyer. One of your witnesses can contact our office to book an appointment for the Affidavit of Execution. The witness should also bring the original will. You may attend as well.

Execute TWO Affidavits of Execution at law office for spouses at law office (20-minute appointment): $200+HST 

The Affidavit of Execution is required by the court if your executor needs an official court Certificate. It is common practice that all wills have an Affidavit of Execution to ensure there are no issues or further costs incurred by the executor/estate.
The Affidavit of Execution is already provided with the Wills @ Home tool but it has to be signed by one of your witnesses in front of a notary/commissioner/lawyer. Review One Will, provide legal advice, and execute entirely at law office (60-minute appointment): $300+HST 

Once you have used the “Wills @ Home” tool and you printed the Will and Affidavit of Execution, you can attend our office for a consultation and signing of the will. We will provide the witnesses.

Review Two Wills (two wills, spouses), provide legal advice, and execute entirely at law office (60-minute appointment): $350+HST 

Once you have used the “Wills @ Home” tool and you printed the Will and Affidavit of Execution for you and your spouse, you can attend our office for a consultation and signing of the will. We will provide the witnesses.
