Biography
Roxana holds a Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and a High Distinction Business degree from the University of Toronto, with experience as a Research & Teaching Assistant of Marketing & Macroeconomics, and financial auditing at Ernst & Young LLP.
Roxana specializes in family law issues, including separations and wills & estates planning. With over a decade of court experience and mediation/negotiation in all areas of family law, Roxana’s current focus is assisting her clients to strategize their estate planning and drafting cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts and separation agreements. She uses a sophisticated and nuanced approach based on the depth of her experience to resolve separation issues with creative solutions. She is a Certified Collaborative Family Lawyer and a member of various Collaborative Lawyer groups in Ontario. She is a presenter of the MIP Program for family law litigants at the Superior Court of Justice and a mentor/presenter for the Osgoode Women’s Network.
In her spare time, Roxana enjoys volunteering and playing tennis. She is a Hall of Fame inductee for her athletics at the University of Toronto where she was captain and MVP of the varsity tennis team, receiving a variety of awards. Roxana believes that she can make a continuous impact through the practice of family law by influencing the future of her clients, their family, and the world around them.
